Aston, PA Keystone College men's cross country runner Justin Clarke (Factoryville, PA/Lackawanna Trail) has been named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference's Runner of the Week according to an announcement made this afternoon by the conference's office. The junior was honored for the fourth time this fall after finishing third overall in Saturday's Paul Short Run which was hosted by Lehigh University.
