Aston, PA Keystone College's Justin Clarke (Factoryville, PA/Lackawanna Trail) was named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference Runner of the Week Honor Roll for the second-straight week on Monday as the conference announced their weekly award winners. The junior was honored after finishing as the runner-up at Saturday's Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University.
